Craft Brewing Consult
As a craft brewing consultant, I am an industry expert who helped breweries — from start-ups to established brands — improve operations, boost quality, and grow profitably. I combined brewing knowledge, business strategy, and industry connections to guide owners through the technical, regulatory, and market challenges unique to craft beer. I focus on distribution (self and third-party), on and off premise, cost per ounce, and proformas.

Board Member Consult
As a board member consultant, I advise organization’s board of directors and leadership on how to operate more effectively, make better decisions, and fulfill its governance responsibilities. I'm like a “coach for the board” — someone who brings expertise, objectivity, and best practices to help the board lead the organization well. Expertise in Project and Program Management, local and federal government including request for proposal/quote/information procedures, KPI, CRM, and big data analysis.
Project Management
With over 20 years of project management experience across both private and public sectors — including local, federal, and international government agencies — I have led initiatives that range from high-level strategic programs to mission-driven projects. Notably, I contributed to efforts that reduced human trafficking in Central America while collaborating with mayors, presidents, and executive directors. I hold multiple professional credentials, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Masters Degree (working on PhD), and Systems Administrator certifications.
